Responsive vs. Loud ☺ The hotel is located on a quiet street, which makes it easy to reach while avoiding traffic noise. The rooms are quiet enough for a good rest. I also appreciated the staff's responsiveness—they are very polite and address all needs right away. Highly attentive and professional team, the hotel is quite clean and the rooms are very neat and stylish—they look exactly like the photos online ☹ The room was missing a hairdryer, which was very inconvenient. Also, instead of proper ventilation, there was just a hole to the outside, making the room very cold. Breakfast quality was poor, especially the unfresh fruits. it was very difficult to eat because the chef was coughing and spitting into the sink right in front of the guests. My biggest complaint, however, was the noise from the housekeeping staff; they were shouting in the corridors very early, which is quite disrespectful to sleeping guests.

The Milestone Hotel, Kathmandu ☺ The room & bathroom were wonderful. The staff was exceptional, and the manager was as attentive as the staff. The location was good for walking downtown and doing souvenir shopping. I was very happy with my stay and would book there again if I return to Kathmandu. ☹ That I was not staying longer!

The location was great & the hotel was beautiful. Everyone was so nice and served us every time we needed. The breakfast is paid there and not included in your stay. Pros:Good location, in the middle of everything but yet hidden inside the buildings, so it’s quite. Room is tiny, cozy with AC, private bathroom. Cons:Bed sheets had a not pleasant smell… Breakfast is best to get elsewhere… Overall OK 👍

We first stayed in a room on a high floor, which had a nice view and was very spacious. But in the night, the bass from some clubs in the area made the walls shake. But the staff was really understanding and gave us a room on a lower floor, which was much quieter. Both rooms were very clean.

Extremely terrible location ( my bad on that part) For guest check in I booked Deluxe room for one person. When I checked in, the person at the counter said you will have to pay twice because it’s two people. This can be immediately changed on the app without any additional cost . When I did it on app the person said ok. He was trying to dupe us. Felt extremely shady and unsafe there and immediately decided to check out . On the way to check out I found the same guy who placed our bags in the room carrying local alcohol bottles to the hotel If you’re a solo girl or women travelling together. DO NOT STAY HERE . Unsafe and people trying to dupe you. On asking the charges to Nagarkot, the guy at reception said 4000 NPR while if you go out and ask you don’t have to pay more than 3000 NPR

Good hotel with decent breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Small room but it was just nice for us. Location quite hard to find, few taxi drivers rejected us before we called the hotel and asked them to guide the driver. But other than that, it was good. We had complimentary drinks once we reached the hotel which was very refreshing after a long journey. Overall, good stay.

A nearby laundry service made it very easy to manage clothing during longer stays. The rooftop restaurant offers a pleasant setting to enjoy meals with a city view, and the atmosphere there was both calm and welcoming. The hotel allows guest visits without unnecessary restrictions, which is appreciated by travelers wanting to meet friends or family locally. Booking was seamless via Booking.com, and the hotel was prompt in confirming and preparing for my arrival. One small drawback was that the TV in the room wasn’t working, which could be improved for future guests. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience.
